Cash purchase/outright purchase, use your own money, or use one of our simple funding solutions to make your money work better for you:
1. HP (Hire Purchase). The easiest and most straightforward way to purchase a vehicle. Put down as much or as little deposit as you wish, then repay the balance over a period between 18 months to 5 years at competitive, fixed interest rates. Tailor the term to meet your repayment criteria.
2. PCP (Personal Contract Purchase). The second most used form of financing a vehicle. Pay up to a 25% deposit, the make payments over a term up to 3 and a half years. At this point, you have a balloon figure, or guaranteed future value. Either pay this amount and keep the car, refinance this figure and keep the car, or part exchange it for another and use any equity left over to put down as a deposit on the next car. This is the best way to change your car more often, and eliminates the risk of negative equity.
3. Contract Hire. This is a simple way to drive the car of your choice, without the need for long-term ownership. You can include a full maintenance package and pay fixed payments over a term of your choice. At the end, you just give it back and take delivery of a new one! This is also a popular choice for business users, allowing VAT reclamation and no disposal headaches.
4. Manufacturer finance schemes. These offers are available in various forms, changing over the course of the year. The manufacturer will from time to time offer generous ways to fund a vehicle, from 0% interest, to buy now pay later schemes.
