Piccadilly Motors was established back in 1993 following a management buyout. Back then we employed 14 people and turned over around 2.5 million, from our premises in Wakefield holding the Fiat Franchise. Today we have three Dealerships, Knaresborough, Wakefield & Ripon, we employ around 100 people and turnover 36 million.
Throughout our growth we have never overlooked the importance of maintaining the highest levels of Customer Care. My philosophy, which is well communicated to everyone in our Company is to treat customers as you would expect to be treated yourself.
Our sales volumes of New & Used, Fiat, Alfa Romeo & Kia Cars, as well as other brands of used cars and light commercial vehicles of just under 3000 units are a reflection of our hard-hitting marketing, based around making our pricing more affordable than the competition. By maximising our buying discounts, we can pass the benefits onto our customers. "We will not be beaten on price and service".
After sales service is an important part of our business, employing over 20 factory trained technicians, supported by a friendly customer facing team and busy Parts Department we promise quality workmanship at ultra competitive prices. This approach has certainly helped to improve customer retention.
All our Service Departments have been developed around a "one stop shop", so we can also offer MOT's, Accident Repairs, through to the boarding out of your New Fiat Van, to the installation of hands free phone kits. What ever you require for your vehicle we will aim to provide at a price your happy with!
