Terms of Business (Initial Disclosure Document)
1. Financial Services Authority (FSA)
The FSA is an independent watchdog that regulates financial services. As we are involved in the sales of general insurance products we are required to give you this document. Use the information provided to decide which if any of the products available are right for you.
2. Whose products we offer?
We offer products from a range of insurers for:
GAP (Guaranteed Asset Protection) and RTI (Return To Invoice)
Mechanical Breakdown Insurance
Payment Protection Insurance (in conjunction with FGA Capital UK Ltd finance agreements only)
Breakdown & Recovery Cover
MOT Insurance
3. What will you have to pay us for our services?
We will not charge a fee for our service.
4. Who regulates us?
Piccadilly Motors Limited, Bradford Road, Wakefield, WF1 2AH is authorised and regulated by the
Financial Services Authority. Our FSA number is 306344.
Our business is permitted to sell and administer general insurance products.

5. What to do if you have a complaint?
If you wish to register a complaint please contact the appropriate Dealership:

Please ask to speak to the Dealer Principal, explaining the nature of your call.
If you cannot settle your complaint with us in a reasonable time scale you may be entitled to
refer it to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS).
6. Are we covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS)?
We are covered by the FSCS. You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we
cannot meet our obligations.
This depends on the type of business and the circumstances of the claim.
