Motability

Motability is a worry-free car lease package for disabled drivers. It can mean a brand new car every three years, for anyone receiving the higher rate motability component of the Personal Independence Payment (PIP), Disability Living Allowance (DLA), or War Pensioners’ Motability Supplement (WPMS). You don’t even need to be able to drive – as part of your lease you can nominate up to two drivers. The package includes: Insurance, Servicing and Maintenance, Full RAC breakdown assistance, Annual Car Tax, replacement tyres, windscreen replacement, Many adaptations at no extra cost, 60,000 mileage allowance over 3 year lease.

Advance payments Many Fiat cars can be picked up for the cost of your allowance. However, to offer you even more flexibility and choice, there’s the option of ‘advance payment’. Put simply, this is the difference between your higher rate mobility allowance and the overall cost of your chosen car (over its three-year lease). Pleasant experience. Sales person was helpful and dealt with any issues I had right away. Even gave me plenty of time to find the spare key, before processing the payment for replacement. When found, the payment went straight back on my card.

Superb service, bought my new 500X Sport over the phone including trading in my old one, deal was similar to what I could get at home in Scotland, but service was a whole load better. All extras were sorted out, and I was kept fully up to date with the cars progress from order to arrival at the dealership. C the salesman was fantastic throughout, dealing with my questions and sorting out a way of getting roof-bars on the vehicle which I wanted for my bike rack. Well done Piccadilly you made buying a car a pleasure again. There was no pushy salesman giving you the hard sell. I dealt with Nick who was knowledgeable and made time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I took a Kia ceed out for a lengthy a test drive not just round the block like some garages.
