Pleasant experience. Sales person was helpful and dealt with any issues I had right away. Even gave me plenty of time to find the spare key, before processing the payment for replacement. When found, the payment went straight back on my card.

Superb service, bought my new 500X Sport over the phone including trading in my old one, deal was similar to what I could get at home in Scotland, but service was a whole load better. All extras were sorted out, and I was kept fully up to date with the cars progress from order to arrival at the dealership. C the salesman was fantastic throughout, dealing with my questions and sorting out a way of getting roof-bars on the vehicle which I wanted for my bike rack. Really very impressed by the sales service we received from Nick at Ripon. We never felt like we were being pressured into buying, it was a very positive experience and we got a great deal on a car we really wanted. Years ago the car sales process was filled with wondering what you were going to be stung for next and it took away from the pleasure and thrill of getting a new car, but dealing with Nick was nothing like that - he was open and honest, a genuine pleasure to deal with and we couldn't be happier. Well done Piccadilly you made buying a car a pleasure again. There was no pushy salesman giving you the hard sell. I dealt with Nick who was knowledgeable and made time to answer all my questions to my satisfaction. I took a Kia ceed out for a lengthy a test drive not just round the block like some garages. He was extremely helpful and listened to what we wanted and the budget we had and offered us the deal that ticked all our boxes. I rang up due too warning lights on my dashboard - Samantha on the main reception was eager to help me find out the best way forwards. Great service during the sales process. I visited the Knaresborough showroom with only a casual intent to look at vehicles. I was able to view and discuss options with no pressure whatsoever. I was listened to by the salesperson and never made to feel that I was taking up time when I was not intending to actually change my car then and there! After some reflection and a very fair trade in offer for my existing vehicle had been agreed I committed and purchased a Sportage. Fantastic vehicle which was matched by a personal and professional service. I wont hesitate to recommend Piccadilly to others as a friendly, no no nonsense, transparent place to buy a vehicle from. 10/10 - I could not ask for better service, keep up the good work! I've used your services twice now for my Giulia (for a scheduled service/maintenance and an MOT), and I have been incredibly satisfied with the service I've had from Piccadilly Ripon. In short - 1) everyone I've encountered at the Ripon branch has been very friendly and polite in person & over the phone. 2) The work has been thorough and it has been completed in a timely manner. 3) The overall level of service has been excellent, and great value for money. 4) The location has also appeared to very well maintained. Communication with Samantha has been excellent - over the phone, written and in person. She's answered any questions I've had about services/work, and has made sure I've understood matters (e.g. explaining an advisory note on my car's service). Even though I live almost 40 miles away from the Ripon branch I will continue to use their services, as I really am satisfied.

I was looking for a new car and visited several Dealerships in North & West Yorkshire. On visiting Kia Knaresborough, I was dealt with by Nick J, who was professional yet friendly, approachable, knowledgeable and not in the least bit 'pushy'. I took several extended test drives and after much deliberation and patient assistance from Nick, I decided to order a Sportage. Nick kept in regular contact given the delays in delivery, caused by 'external forces' and it made this customer feel the sale wasn't just another deal to be signed, sealed and forgotten. 11 out of 10. Would I recommend Nick J and Kia Knaresborough to family and friends? I already have.... PLUS THE CAR IS AWESOME.......
